I'd be surprised if you didn't come across something similar in Montreal. This is the Di-Octo, the mesmerizing kinetic sculptor propelled by the wind. This wind-driven artwork was created by Anthony Howe, a kinetic artist from the United States. With Solidworks software, I attempted to recreate the model of this mesmerizing sculpture.
